<Shipping Method>
International shipments are handled by FedEx, DHL, or EMS, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Japan items: Shipped via FedEx, DHL, or EMS.
Hong Kong items: For U.S. orders, we use a private carrier with prepaid customs duties. For all other destinations, shipments are made via DHL.
<Duties and taxes>
All prices shown in the checkout do not include custom duties and import taxes. Customers are required to pay custom duties and import taxes to be able to receive and collect their purchases.
<Return policy>
Items are generally non-returnable by the purchaser, except for wrong deliveries or proven Fraudulent Goods.
